Mr. Torres and Mr. Morales's automotive and diesel classes had the opportunity to tour the University of Texas at Austin. They also visited the Universal Technical Institute, where they explored a range of vocational programs, including automotive, diesel, HVAC, welding, and many others. 🚘🏎️👷👷♀️🚧
The CHS Toro Family gathered to celebrate together Thanksgiving in the library. Our very own Toro Grande, Mr. Armando Molina, thanked all administrators, teachers, and staff for their dedication and hard work. He reminded us to always be thankful on a daily basis. Our CHS Silver Roses participated in the TDEA Dance Team Evaluation Committee's pilot program for the proposed UIL dance state assessment model for 2025. The team performed excellently, demonstrating their dedication not only to supporting CHS sports and organizations but also to mastering dance practices aligned with state TEKS to foster student success in Dance Education. Congratulations to the Silver Roses for earning a Division 2 score under the guidance of their Director, Ms. Cynthia Ramirez! 💙🙌🎉

Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School held a fundraiser event from 3pm to 8pm at the Burger King on Hwy 83 recently. We thank everyone who helped our school raise funds.
